France Ecosystem Immersion with Cannes Lions 2025

Through our partnership with Cannes Lions, #SHE_BUILDS brought a curated delegation of multicultural women founders, creators, and entrepreneurs to one of the world’s most influential gatherings for media and creativity.

NOLA Ecosystem Immersion @ Essence Fest 2025

This #SHE_BUILDS experience was designed as a market exploration trip, using Essence Fest as the backdrop to understand what it’s like to do business in New Orleans. Members immersed themselves in the city’s cultural and creative economy while attending Essence Fest programming, brand activations, and curated networking moments.
Barbados Ecosystem Immersion @ Carifesta 2025

At CARIFESTA, #SHE_BUILDS participated as part of the region’s premier celebration of Caribbean culture and creativity, engaging with artists, cultural leaders, and women entrepreneurs from across the Caribbean.
The experience created space to connect culture with commerce, strengthen regional collaboration, and build relationships that support women-led creative and entrepreneurial ecosystems across the diaspora.

Our market exploration experience in NYC focused on navigating one of the world’s most dynamic creative and business ecosystems during the Summer 2025 Bayo Festival.
Members engaged in curated meet-ups, attended industry events, and connected with founders, creators, investors, and cultural leaders across media, fashion, tech, and the arts.

In Cap-Haïtien, #SHE_BUILDS partnered with a coalition of women-led organizations to host KONGRÈ 75, a convening focused on unifying the ecosystem that supports women entrepreneurs, creators and the next generation of student leaders.
The experience brought together founders, community builders, and emerging talent to align efforts, strengthen collaboration, and build a shared vision for women-led impact and economic opportunity in Haiti.
